Our standards are the other builder’s upgrades and
expensive options. Using the “OUR EVERYTHING INCLUDED”
building concept helps you save thousands while enjoying a
one-on-one building experience from our free building
consultation, throughout design (custom designed home plans
included in price) and construction building to move in. We
are available to you when you need us. At Anderson Custom
Creations we will work with you from site selection, to
blueprint design, to color selections and any other custom
request from safe rooms, wine cellars, whole house back-up
generators to any special custom feature or request. We
include almost every upgrade and option in our “standard
custom features” listed below and will custom build to any
specification. The price will be adjusted to accommodate
variations from our standard custom features.

- We offer a free building consultation to discuss
cost, design, and lifestyle.

help with lot selection.
- We design your one-of-a-kind dream home plan in
house at no extra cost or travel.
- We include generous allowances for items such as
flooring, cabinetry, fixtures and finishes.
- We have our approved lenders ready for your
construction financing needs.
- We will be happy to price any changes or extras that
are not already included.
- We offer a one-year warranty plus other extended
warranties from the manufacturers.
- We offer our in house interior decorator service to
coordinate all your color selections.
- We offer on site meetings during construction to
evaluate and assess the building progress

Building Standards and
Specifications
Construction Building
Standards
- Your building plans are reviewed and sealed by a
Florida registered structural engineer for,
structure and hurricane code uplifts at 140 mph.
- Monolithic concrete foundation footings with 3
#5 steel re-bars, 6 mill poly vapor barrier, full 4”
concrete slab. (Industry is only 2) #5 steel
re-bars.
- Slabs are control line cut from all stress
points and 10-0’ x 10-0 sections.
- All concrete is minimum 3000# PSI with “fiber
mesh.” Industry is only 2500# PSI.
- Foundation dowels and downs rods are #5 steel
re-bar at each side of every opening and 4-0
on-center poured with 3000# PSI concrete.
- Concrete block construction (CBS) with double
U-block lintel bond beam. Beams have 2-#5 steel
re-bars one bar each row filled with 3000# PSI
concrete with ETA-22 truss hurricane straps up to
135 mph.
- Main exterior walls are CBS 9-4’high with entry
and living areas at 12-0”
- All CBS walls over 10-0’ high all poured solid
with concrete for that fortress strength.
- Bonded termite treatment with annually renewable
warranty.
- We use only plywood on our roofs, 5/8” 5 ply
with 18 gauge steel plywood clips.
- Roofs are nailed 6” o.c. with ringed screw
nails, and 4” o.c. at edges.
- We use only peel-n- stick dry-in underlayment on
our plywood decks.
- Included 40 year fiberglass high wind
architectural shingles.
- Attic storage room with pull down ladder, and
much, much more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Interior Standards
- All interior framing is 2 x 4 wood frame
construction grade 16”o.c. with center blocking.
Walls are framed with stud and jack supports at
all openings.
- All interior walls are fastened to the
bottom core of the truss system providing extra
support.
- All doors are secured in place with shims
and nailed or screwed to framing as well as door
casing. All exterior doors have 3-1/2” screws
through jambs into framings.
- We paint top and bottom of all doors as well
as behind the hinges with two coats of
high-grade enamel.
- All bath-wet areas are done in Hardi-backer
waterproof wallboard.
- Walls are ½ inch in drywall with your choice
of orange peel, or knockdown finish.
- We use rated ½” ceiling board on all
interior ceiling with a knockdown finish.
- Custom plant ledges in living areas and
storage shelves in most bedrooms.
- All pocket doors are elevated ¾” 1 x 4 point
blocking to match marble threshold. All doors
have three wheel glides and heavy-duty frame.
- All interior doors have primed bottoms and
are raised off concrete slabs to avoid possible
rotting.
- Rounded corner-bead in main living areas,
with square bead in bedroom area.
Custom Energy
Features
- We use T-Max solid insulation applied to
exterior wall with 1 x 3 furring attached on
top providing extra air space for better
insulation total value R-15.
- We include icing foam (closed cell)
insulation in all living air conditioned
areas.
- All exterior doors are fiberglass
construction for energy savings.
- Flesher Storm-breaker-plus vinyl
insulated windows with Low-E glass and Argon
gas. Rated at 135 mph plus wind resistant,
lifetime warranty, Good Housekeeping Seal
and Energy Star certification. We include
storm shutter panels as needed for all
windows and doors for safety and security.
- All exterior penetrations are foamed or
caulked energy seal.
- Super-high-efficiency 14 seer AC systems
with a minimum of three cold air returns.
- Complete whole house sound insulation in
all interior walls R-11.
- Roof vent system not needed with our
insulation, insulated garage door, and much
more.
Master
Bedroom Suite
- Large style, suite master bedrooms
with sitting area and choice of sliding
glass doors or French doors.
- Master bedrooms have a trey ceiling
with minimum height of. 10’-4” with
crown molding and rope lighting.
- Master bath has designer whirlpool
bath rectangle or corner tub (size
varies with your design).
- His and her master baths, separate
vanities and dressing area,
double-headed custom designed walk-in
shower with 2 shower heads and seat.
- Plumbing fixtures are white Kohler
or American Standard.
- Baths have elongated toilets,
granite vanity tops with under mount
china bowls.
- All bathrooms have windows or glass
block, when possible, with linen
closets.
- His and her walk-in closets with
mirror bi-fold or bi-pass doors with
full jammed and cased opening.
Air-conditioning vents in all walk-ins
closets.

Kitchens features
- Kitchens have Granite tops with
under mount composite sinks or
stainless steel, with Kohler
designer fixtures in chrome finish.
- Wood custom cabinetry with
choice of door designs in oak or
maple. Upper cabinets are 42”
standard with crown, rope, and light
rail molding, with designer cabinet
layout. Large frame and drywall
custom built gourmet pantry, and a
functional kitchen island with sink
and electric.
- Full kitchen appliance package
GE Profile in stainless steel.
Design Lifestyle Standards

and archways.
- Designer entries with choice
